Ice Breaker Challenge

Today we had our first 'FAB FRIDAY' challenge.

We were asked to work in groups to get a key out of a frozen cup of water.

We needed to use our communication and problem solving skills to complete the challenge!

WaterSafe NZ Lesson

Today we were lucky enough to have a lesson with Lynley from Prevention Drowning Auckland. 

She reminded us how to be safe in all kinds of water and that it is important we learn how to stay safe in the water without our goggles. We played lots of games to help with our floating and build our confidence at putting our eyes under the water without goggles.
